Japanese people are also very particular about their posture and body movements. They have a very good exercise regime and stay active throughout their life.

There is another interesting fact about the Japanese lifestyle and that is that they like to have a lot of stress in their lives. There are many reasons for this fact. It is a fact that stress can keep you a sick person. The Japanese people are very conscious about their health and they try to live as healthily as possible.

And if you are not able to adapt to their way of life, then you will never be able to fully enjoy their culture.
